Hammer Mill

The crushing unit is surrounded by a 360° screen. The feed is supplied from the center (it features a vertical shaft crushing system). This is the latest technology, offering more homogeneous crushing and operating more quietly compared to other systems. The fineness and thickness of the feed are adjusted by changing the screens. The second unit is the mixer. The mixer consists of two spiral conveyors, one with a right-hand and the other with a left-hand helix, which interlock with each other. To prevent strain during the initial startup, the system is supported by a soft-start mechanism. These types of mixers perform fast and homogeneous mixing.
